Autoimmune Disease Diagnostics
Todua Clinic has introduced HumaBlot 44FA, a modern, fully automated system designed for the laboratory diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. The system enables the simultaneous, highly accurate detection of a wide range of autoantibodies.
Based on the Line Immunoassay (LIA) method, the technology automatically performs the key stages of testing, including sample processing, assay execution, scanning, and software-based interpretation of the results.
HumaBlot 44FA supports comprehensive assessment in the following areas:
-
ANA-LIA XL – systemic connective tissue diseases and autoimmune rheumatic disorders;
-
ARTHRITIS-LIA – rheumatoid arthritis and related conditions;
-
GASTRO-LIA – autoimmune gastrointestinal diseases, including celiac disease and Crohn's disease;
-
LIVER-LIA – autoimmune liver diseases;
-
VASCULITIS-LIA – systemic vasculitis and related autoimmune disorders.
As many autoimmune diseases share similar clinical manifestations, evaluating the complete autoantibody profile is essential for accurate diagnosis.
The new system provides comprehensive diagnostic information from a single blood sample, improving diagnostic accuracy and supporting more effective patient management.
