The Department is equipped with modern surgical equipment:
- Olympus 4K Laparascopy
- Storz Arthroscopy
- Captain LigaSure FT10
- ZEISS OPMI PENTERO with integrated BLUE 400 module
- Siemens Arcadis Avantic
- Cavitron Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator (CUSA)
The Clinical Department is located on two floors with 36 beds. Inpatient services are carried out under the constant supervision of highly qualified medical staff, which significantly reduces the expected complications and helps to overcome the most difficult post-operative condition. In the Department Inpatients receive high quality treatment in accordance with international standards, the latest clinical recommendations and protocols. Acad. F. Todua Medical Center with its well-equipped diagnostic-laboratory means and instrumental studies gives a possibility to multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals to dynamically assess the condition of patients.
The Clinical Department includes:

- Department of Surgical Orthopedics-Traumatology;
- Department of Surgical Urology;
- Department of Surgical Gynecology;
- Department of Skin, Bone and Soft Tissue Oncopathologies;
- Department of Head and Neck Surgery;
- Department of Surgical Proctology;
- Department of Neurosurgery;
- Department of Surgical Mammology;
- Department of Angiology and Vascular Surgery.
The clinic is equipped with modern medical equipment, there are five operating units. All kind of laparoscopic surgeries are carried out in the Department.
