The health of the child is a key priority for every parent.
Caring on the health starts as far as from the period of carrying a child to his adulthood.  

 

The child goes through many stages of the growth and development during the process of the adaptation to the environment. It is very important to have a mental, phyco-emotional, and social health in addition to the physical development. All these aspects of the health and development are of utmost significance for the general welfare of the child.

When to visit a Pediatrician?!

 

 

The children need a regular monitoring of their health unlike the adults because of their physiological peculiarities:

 

  • The health supervision of the healthy child includes the specific number of visits according to the age. During the visit, the Paediatrician estimates the health and physical development of the child, assesses the nutrition status and promotes healthy feeding, identifies the risk factors influencing growing and developing, determines the developmental delay and correction, reveals the deceases, and tries to prevent them

 

  • In case of acute or chronic complaints and diseases, appropriate clinical-laboratory and instrumental studies are provided and treated

 

  •  A proper clinical-laboratory and instrumental examinations and treatments are provided in case of existence of severe or chronical complaints and diseases

 

  • Check-up visits like prevention include the following except the general medical check-up: various laboratory and instrumental examinations, anaemia screening, thyroid screening, diabetes screening, determining the vital minerals and vitamins, general blood, urine, and stool tests, abdomen, and urogenital system ultrasound.

 

  • The Check-up project aims to prevent the deceases and pathology processes, identify and manage the problem at the early stage before symptoms appear.
